As part of your Production Management Project you need to write a report on your development for the animation project.
In the report you need to refer to your production timetable. Bullet point the job roles you have been given and discuss where you are up to in terms of modelling, texturing, and animating characters, sets and scenes.
Discuss where you are up to in terms of the time schedule set in your production timetable, are you behind schedule? How will you use your time more efficiently to catch up? What is the next stage of production set in your schedule and as a group how will you divide the roles and responsibilities?
