He is sitting on the chair in the living room and then looking
Catalyst
The old man looks in the fridge for food and realises there isn’t anything there.
Debate
He then looks out the window at the kids and their evil faces and then he looks down at his rumbling stomach.
Break into act 2 – Something has to happen
He goes outside the house and starts his journey.
B story
Children’s point of view of the old angry man. Or them pulling faces behind them and laughing. And he turns round and they stop then start again when he starts walking again.
Fun & games
Kids playing in the street and then the ball roles over to the old man and he tries to kick it back and hits it at a window and the other people come out the house and start shouting.
Midpoint
He gets to the local supermarket and is calmed down after the last incident by the music in the store and then he starts to shop
Bad guys close in
He gets to the shop and then someone has just finishing towering up the cans and he takes one and all of them fall over. And then he gets shouted at again.
On the way home
On the way home the kids are playing baseball and they throw the ball to him and he hits it and then he realises that he doesn’t have the stick
All is lost
his walking stick hits the window and smashes it and then he thinks he’s his someone’s house and he looks at the number on the door and its his own house
Finale
he sighs and then walks in the house and slams the door and the credits role with him dead angry in the living room you can see in the background.
