I duplicated some layers and added softlight to the layers to create the effects in the dragon and make a brighter image

dragon looks awesome but ya need to put some ash or dark clouds etc on the landscape

If you look at volcanoes, theres no, or very limited smoke and ash until after the initial explosion, i was going to put up some but after looking at a few images i realised there wouldn't be any except for inside the explosion
but ya need to put some ash or dark clouds etc on the landscape
